Storedevelopment´s task was to develop the concept of the Cash & Carry part of Martin & Servera (Martin Olsson Stor Cashar).

The assignment included both soft values (Category & price strategy) developed by movement consulting group and Store concept executed by BAS.

Once in place Storedevelopment got the Project management role to execute the realisation of the concept in the actual stores.
