The assignment for Plantagen included many different areas, but the ”main” purpose was to create and execute a Store Network Plan for the nordic Countries.

Tasks performed:

• Creating SNP
• Executing SNP by interacting with:
  • Landlords
  • Landowners
  • Approaching and negotiating with potential M&A´s.
  • Production and presentation of board material.

Other related areas touch was leadership of designing the new store concept and setting up a team for project execution.
